Specification, einzelne Aufzählung; Zusammenmischung od. Umformung der Sache eines Andern, so daß sie nunmehr eine neue ist und nicht mehr in die alten Bestandtheile gesondert werden kann (z.B.: Mischung von Weinen, Getreide, oder Möbelverfertigung aus fremdem Holz). Die Sabinianer sprachen das Eigenthum dem frühern Eigenthümer der Materie zu, die Proculejaner dem Specificanten, der aber den Materialwerth zu ersetzen, bei mala fides selbst wegen Diebstahl zu haften hat. Specificiren, namentlich od. genau angeben.
