CROCON, ŏnis, Gr. Κρόκων, ονος, einer, dessen Tochter Arkas gehabt, und mit ihr den Elatus und Aphidas gezeuget haben soll. Apollod. lib. III. c. 9. §. 1. Ob er aber einerley mit dem Krokon, der des Celeus Tochter, Säsara, zur Gemahlinn gehabt, und ehemals einen Strich Landes in Attika besessen, der von ihm Croconis Regia genannt worden, Pausan. Att. c. 37. p. 70. steht zu untersuchen.
